1. General Terms

jayo9 ("we", "platform") is an online gaming service provider. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user ("you", "member") and jayo9. Accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use any service on jayo9, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only. We may request a valid ID at any time to verify your age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and the funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

During account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. jayo9 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if false information is provided. The following details are required:

• Valid full name (as per national ID)
• Active mobile number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must notify jayo9 immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account.

Allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. Do not share your login details with anyone. jayo9 will not be held responsible for any loss to your account if it is proven that the user themselves disclosed the information.

• Use a strong password (a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters)
• Change your password regularly
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi
• Always log out after use

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on jayo9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

If funds are not credited to your account after a deposit, contact our support team immediately and keep proof of the transaction (screenshot).

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests without verification may be placed on hold.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

jayo9 will not be held responsible for any deposit or withdrawal issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user. It is your responsibility to keep a record of every transaction. If a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected, we reserve the right to investigate.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at jayo9, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry period, and the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• If bonus misuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or IP address claiming a bonus will be considered misuse.
• jayo9 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• VIP members will receive weekly cashback according to their tier — Bronze: 0.2%, Silver: 0.4%, Gold: 0.6%, Platinum: 0.8%, Diamond: up to 1.0%.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All betting activities on jayo9 are conducted fairly and transparently. If incorrect odds are offered due to an error or technical issue, jayo9 reserves the right to cancel or correct that bet.

In sports betting, jayo9 may set limits on specific markets. Betting is available on various sports including cricket (T20, IPL, BPL, ICC events), football, and kabaddi.

6.2 Game Results

All game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and free from any external influence. Each game result is independent, and previous results do not affect future results.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, jayo9 reserves the right to refund the stake for that round. jayo9 will not be held responsible for any loss caused by the user's internet connection or device issues.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jayo9, and if detected, serious action will be taken:

• Any form of fraud, cheating, or attempting to hack the system
• Bonus misuse or gaining advantages through multiple accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Unauthorized access to another user's account
• Using automated software or bots for betting or gaming
• Creating an account with false information or identity fraud
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment method
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses. Law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 jayo9's Rights

jayo9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Refusal to complete identity verification
• Operating multiple accounts
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority

8.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time. Before closing your account, ensure that all active bets have been settled and that bonuses have been withdrawn if the wagering requirements have been met.

9. Limitation of Liability

jayo9 will not be liable for any financial or other loss in the following circumstances:

• Any loss caused by the user's own internet connection or device issues

• Unexpected technical problems or server downtime
• Any issues arising from false information provided by the user
• Loss due to the user's login details being disclosed to a third party
